The manufacturer of Harpy cigarettes is Tutun CTC Ltd, established in 1924. Currently, this tobacco manufacturer is the leading producer of qualitative budget cigarettes on the East European market. Due to the fact that Tutun CTC Ltd is based in Europe, where the imposed taxes on cigarettes manufacturing are the lowest in Europe, it manages to manufacture cigarettes of great quality at affordable price.
Harpy brand has appeared on the market only recently, but it’s already gaining popularity. It is made of three tobacco blends: Virginia, Orient and Burley. Virginia tobacco is grown locally on the sunlit hills of Moldova, but Orient and Burley blends are imported from Brazil and Turkey.
Harpy 4 – the type with 4 mg of tar and 0.4 mg of nicotine;
Harpy 6 – a bit stronger with 6 mg of tar and 0.6 mg of nicotine;
Harpy 8 – the strongest type of Harpy cigarettes, with 8 mg of tar and 0.8 mg of nicotine.
Harpy cigarettes are very similar to more expensive Chesterfield cigarettes, as they are made of the similar tobacco blend. Harpy cigarettes give smooth taste without any bitterness and Orient blend adds a note of spiciness, which makes the taste even better.
